East Coast Storm Delays Flights Here

East Coast blizzards caused more than two dozen

flights to be delayed and a half-dozen cancellations at San Diego International

Airport today.

As of 2:24 p.m., nearly 30 flights were delayed and six were canceled,

according to the airport's website.

Southwest had the majority of delayed flights. Most of the canceled flights originated in Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey and other East Coast cities getting pounded by a massive storm, which is dumping snow recorded in feet rather than inches.

For those traveling or expecting passengers, it is strongly suggested to check with airlines regarding possible delays or flight cancellations.
