Join Alliant International University for a training webinar in partnership with the Bertelsmann Health and Well-being Working Group where Dr. Denise Lopez and Dr. Kasia Fuiks, will explore the causes and consequences of workplace stress and illustrate different approaches to reduce stress and promote well-being. The webinar will describe four levels of workplace resources (namely leadership, social, team, and organizational resources) that contribute to employee well-being. It will provide empirically-supported and practical interventions that leaders and organizations can utilize as well as individual actions that will promote recovery from work, reduce stress, and increase well-being at work.
Dr. Denise Lopez is A Full Professor of Organizational Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, Los Angeles campus. Her teaching and research interests are on leadership, employee engagement and well-being, organizational change and development, and diversity, inclusion and globalization issues in the workplace.
Dr. Kasia Fuiks is an Assistant Professor and Program Director of Organizational Psychology Programs at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. Her research interest focuses on burnout, leadership, and cross-cultural issues in organizational contexts.
