San Diego Public Library offers banned books to people across the country

Join the Library Foundation SD as we close the year with a virtual celebration of how our Libraries Lead the Way. Learn about the Library Foundation SD and San Diego Public Library’s exciting plans for the coming year with a moderated discussion between leaders of all five library systems participating in the nationwide Books Unbanned initiative to provide youth with access to banned reading materials, including San Diego Public Library Director Misty Jones, Brooklyn Public Library Chief Librarian Nick Higgins, Seattle Public Library Chief Librarian Tom Fay, Los Angeles County Library Director Skye Patrick, and Boston Public Library President David Leonard.
