Ring in the new year with a night of American classics, including beloved works by Rodgers & Hammerstein, featuring Joyce DiDonato with the New York Philharmonic. DiDonato and Paolo Szot perform choice selections from "The Sound of Music," "My Fair Lady," "Carousel" and more.
Led by Alan Gilbert in his final season as music director, the Philharmonic will also showcase orchestral favorites from Aaron Copland and a taste of the old world from Johann Strauss II. With guest host Mo Rocca.
