SAN DIEGO (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County fell four-tenths of a cent today to $3.837, one day after recording its first daily increase since July 19.
The average price decreased 31 consecutive days, was unchanged Saturday, then dropped one-tenth of a cent on Sunday and four-tenths of a cent Monday before rising two-tenths of a cent on Tuesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is at its lowest amount since Jan. 31 and 3.2 cents less than one week ago, 20.9 cents lower than one month ago and 28.7 cents below what is was one year ago.
