UNICEF launches a new campaign to raise funds for troubled spots around the world. The campaign was prompted in part by concerns that U.S.-led reconstruction efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan were overshadowing humanitarian needs elsewhere. NPR's Bob Edwards talks with UNICEF Executive Director Carol Bellamy.
