NPR's Alex Chadwick speaks with Barry Hirshorn, a geophysicist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, about the connection between Monday's massive earthquake off the coast of Indonesia and the tsunami that devastated the area in December.
