Navy Corpsman Robert Everhart told his girlfriend Michelle Gungon he wouldn't be able to make it home to San Diego for the holidays. But Everhart had more than one surprise up his sleeve when he visited Gungon at Sharp Memorial Hospital, where she works as a nurse.
Everhart is stationed in Texas. He and Gungon have been a couple for more than two years, ever since they were set up by Everhart's mother, who is also a nurse at Sharp, according to ABC News.
