High Court Sentencing Vote May Bode Ill for Libby

I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, former chief of staff to Vice President Cheney, is appealing his sentence of 30 months in prison for lying and obstructing an investigation into the leak of a CIA operative's identity.

But the situation isn't looking good, after the U.S. Supreme Court voted 8-1 to uphold the sentencing decision of a North Carolina man who was convicted of charges similar to Libby's.
