Terrorism Suspect Padilla Sentenced to 17 Years

A federal judge sentenced Jose Padilla to more than 17 years in prison Tuesday in Miami.

Padilla was convicted, along with two co-defendants, of supporting terrorism and conspiring to commit murder abroad. They were facing life sentences.
