Gulf Coast Prepares For Storm's Arrival

The Gulf Coast is battening down the hatches for Tropical Storm Edouard. The storm could reach hurricane force by the time it hits the Texas/Louisiana coast Tuesday morning. There's also concern that the storm could damage offshore oil rigs before it makes landfall. Alex Chadwick talks to Greg Fountain, the emergency management coordinator in Jefferson County, Texas.
