Quality of Life

A digital collage illustrates the rising cost of trash collection. On the left, a large, upward-pointing red arrow signifies increasing prices. Overlaid on a distressed background of what appears to be a black-and-white photograph of people working, a black downward-pointing lightning bolt arrow represents a decline or negative impact. To the right, a black trash can is depicted with several U.S. coins (pennies, dimes, quarters) and dollar bills scattered in front of it. A red dollar sign symbol is circled in the upper right corner, further emphasizing the financial theme.
