The Center’s 12th Annual Puppy Prom brings our four-legged companions together in search of the Prom King & Queen! Contra dancing is a living American tradition -- new dances are written all the time. Partners dance in long lines, so you dance with everyone. A caller teaches and directs each dance, and at 7 we have a lesson to introduce the basic moves you will use. We practice gender-neutral dance roles and you can wear whatever you like, with comfortable shoes. No experience necessary. Come alone or bring a friend. All are welcome!
