  • In partnership with LifeStream, The World Mission Society Church of God will be hosting a Blood Drive to commemorate "New Jerusalem Day" in Santee on Sunday, October 30th, 2022. Members of the community are encouraged to volunteer their time donating blood in an effort to alleviate the severe shortage of blood in the county. San Diego County is severely impacted by a shortage of blood donations driven by COVID-19 and an increase of hospitalizations. As a result, medical centers are struggling to provide adequate support to patients in need of blood. By donating blood together with LifeStream, we can help fulfill the daily 500 blood donations needed to service 80 southern California hospitals and medical facilities. The selfless act of donating blood can directly impact our members of East County and participate in prospering our community. The World Mission Society Church of God and its volunteers carry out initiatives with the heart of a mother who spares nothing for her children's lives. With a Mother's love, we can achieve a more prosperous society!
