Clairemont Act One (CAO), is an all-volunteer run 501(c)3 community theater company in the Clairemont Neighborhood of San Diego, California. Katie Turner, now teaching theater at SDSU, founded CAO in 2011. Two powerhouse women recruited by Katie took over the reins and are co-presidents of the non-profit today. They are Jean Eva and Catherine de Los Rios, best friends since college and now devoted to Clairemont Act One.

  • Exciting news, Legion fans! The San Diego Legion is headed into the playoffs this weekend, battling the Seattle Seawolves for a winning title in the Western Conference Semifinals. The thrilling Major League Rugby playoff game will take place this Sunday, at 7 p.m. PT. Fans are invited to cheer on the Legion with $5 pints of Legion Lager at the official watch party at Ballast Point Miramar. The watch party will start 30 minutes before kick-off. The match can also be streamed on FS2.
