  • The inaugural Festival of Journalism will be held at San Diego State University on Saturday, October 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Tula Community Center. Focused on both substance use disorder and trauma-informed mental health treatment, primary goals are helping mothers achieve a sober, drug-free lifestyle and to ensure that babies are born free of drugs and alcohol, and that children grow up in safe and healthy families.
