These local organizations were awarded a cumulative total of $35,000 to for their work in the areas of health care equity and mental health services for San Diego's BIPOC community. Following the service, you'll have the opportunity to meet the organizations to learn more about how you can partner alongside them to promote racial justice in San Diego. "Reflecting on Ruth Asawa and the Garden of Remembrance" is co-organized by the SDSU Art Galleries and San Francisco State University’s Fine Arts Gallery. The exhibition is co-curated by Fine Arts Gallery Director Sharon E. Bliss and SFSU Lecturer in Art and Curator for the Fine Arts Gallery Kevin B. Chen.
