The Peter Sprague Quartet explores the jazz tradition of improvisation but with a slightly different spin – they bring their jazz viewpoint to songs that resonate with the boomers. They start with The Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix, James Taylor, and Cream. The 101 Artists’ Colony invites you to the final Arts Alive Encinitas event of 2025, a Live Auction at Cardiff Town Center in the courtyard on July 13, 2025 1:30 p.m. This is when all 60 of the Arts Alive banners that have been hanging on the Coast Hwy light poles will be auctioned off with professional auctioneer Rich Houk at the helm. The Exhibit will be on display all morning. At 1:30 p.m., bidders can register to get a Bid Card to protect “silent” bids they’ve already made or to bid for the first time!
