By supporting Step-by-Step, you empower PASD to provide essential resources to thousands of individuals impacted by Parkinson’s disease in San Diego County. Your assistance is vital in maintaining our outreach and capacity to serve the community. Every contribution stays within the County, providing aid to local caregivers and families of those in need. Lace up your walking shoes to be a valuable resource and unwavering ally for people with Parkinson’s disease! Participants can choose to walk or run, with options for the 5K or a shorter 2.5K at Liberty Station, 2640 Cushing Rd, San Diego. Summer 2026 just got exciting! We have 6 amazing camps to choose from for kids ages 7-14. You will sing and dance to some of your favorite shows from "High School Musical" to "Hamilton"! Description Come sing, dance, and act with us this summer as you perform in your favorite shows! Our musical theater camps are for kids 7-14 years old and are taught by award-winning theater professionals. All six camps take place in our spacious, air-conditioned rehearsal studio. Each camp is Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with extended hours upon request, and limited to 30 students. The two week camps cost $450 total for the two weeks. The one week camps are $250 for the week. There is a fully staged performance on the last day of camp at 2 p.m. and attendance is free! We hope to work with YOU this summer! Disney’s "Moana JR." is a 60-minute musical adaptation of the 2016 Disney animated film, bringing the adventures of Moana and her village of Motunui to life onstage. This thrilling and heartwarming coming-of-age story follows the strong-willed Moana as she sets sail across the Pacific to save her village and discover the truth about her heritage. Moana and the legendary demigod Maui embark on an epic journey of self-discovery and camaraderie as both learn to harness the power that lies within. With empowering messages of bravery and selflessness, "Moana JR." is sure to bring out the hero within each of us. Celebrating the rich history of Oceania and based on the beliefs and cultures of the people of the Pacific Islands, Moana was developed in collaboration with an Oceanic Trust – a group of anthropologists, cultural practitioners, historians, linguists, and choreographers from the Pacific Islands. We Welcome Tio’s Mobile Knife Sharpening In addition to knives, Tio can sharpen gardening shears and pruners of any size. With that said, pricing will range from $6 to $10 per item depending on the size and condition. Both cash and card accepted. Tio will be visiting from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. About Tio: Tio has been sharpening tools professionally since 2018, starting as a chef in the restaurant industry before transitioning into mobile knife and tool sharpening. His experience includes both culinary and gardening tools, fueled by his love of connecting with chefs and gardeners in the San Diego community. He runs both a storefront and a mobile service. He lives with his wife and three boys in North Park. In his free time, he enjoys tending to his garden and is currently training for a marathon.
