  • The Elizabeth Hospice Expressive Arts Group welcomes all grieving children and teens in the community to join us for this special group that connects head, heart and hands through creative arts to explore feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and build resilience. The creative process and sense of community formed through peer group activity is part of the emotional healing that restores a sense of hope, stability and normalcy to their lives. Children and teens are placed in groups according to age and development. The group is open to children ages 7-12. These groups are free and will be held at The Elizabeth Hospice Mission Valley Children’s Bereavement Center on July 24, July 31, August 7 and August 14 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Registration is required and participants must RSVP to griefinfo@ehospice.org or 833-349-2054 by July 9.
