Shelter to Soldier, a nonprofit organization that adopts dogs from local shelters and trains them to become service dogs for post 9/11 Veterans suffering from invisible wounds, will host their 14th Annual "Be the Light" Gala on August 14 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at The USS Midway Museum (910 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101). Hosted on the Flight Deck overlooking San Diego Bay, the evening will bring together community leaders, supporters, veterans, and service dog teams for a night of inspiration and impact.
