Come one, come all to this free family event in honor of local author Christina Furnival's new book "Fear Not! - How to Face Your Fear and Anxiety Head-On." Children will have fun while they face their fears, prove their strength, test their courage, use mindfulness, and learn coping skills. Local companies G3Kids, EcoVivarium, and Nature's Whisper Yoga will provide fun activities such as a ninja course, reptiles and other animals, and a yoga class for kids. Additionally, Christina will be selling signed copies of her book as well as will be doing the premier reading of "Fear Not!".
