Endometriosis affects at least 1 in 9 women and can cause a variety of burdening symptoms. Whether you know someone who has Endo, you're an Endo warrior yourself, or even if you've never heard about this condition before, all are welcome. Rays Your Vibe hosts events to meet people exactly where they are in their health journeys, empowering, inspiring, and educating one another along the way. We are stronger together as a community, so bring your friends, family, and loved ones to NTC Park (Preble Field) on March 14th. Since March is Endometriosis Awareness month - attendees are instructed to wear yellow. Bring your running shoes, good energy, and excitement, and join us for our annual Shamrock 5k on March 7th, 2026, in support of the Olive Crest Foundation and Prevent Child Abuse America. Doesn't matter if you're a marathon runner or just in it for the fun, the Shamrock 5k is perfect for anyone and a fun way to support a good cause! The event raises awareness and funding for our national philanthropy, Prevent Child Abuse America (PCAA), and our local partner, Olive Crest, an organization dedicated to helping San Diego foster children find their forever homes. Our goal this year is to raise $40,000, with 80% of the funds benefiting Olive Crest’s life-changing work here in San Diego, and the remaining 20% supporting PCAA’s mission nationwide.
