Detailed Descriptions: 9/17 Welcome & Flow: Gentle Movement and Meditation Join us for a heartwarming welcome to the Mama Village series. The session will conclude with a circle share, allowing participants to connect and support one another through open-hearted conversation. This foundational class sets the tone for a nurturing and supportive series. 9/24 Birth Story Circles In this session, we create a sacred space for sharing and reflecting on our birth stories. Through guided discussion, we'll explore the powerful experiences of bringing new life into the world. Sharing these stories can be both healing and empowering, offering insight and connection with fellow mamas who have walked similar paths.
