J. Brix Wines, an award-winning, couple-owned San Diego winery, is partnering with FMI, a San Diego-based wine club that hosts culinary and wine pop-up events across the city, to host a Chef Pop-Up with MabuHI at its flagship tasting room in the North City district in San Marcos. Taking place on Saturday, July 25 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., guests are invited to sip J. Brix's natural wines by the glass or bottle while enjoying chef-driven cuisine and live DJ sets in a relaxed indoor-outdoor setting. MabuHI, a food truck specializing in Filipino and Hawaiian cuisine, will serve a menu of pork BBQ, kalbi short ribs, chicken katsu and more, accompanied by DJ sets from Brayisme and Hundo.
