  • Ukrainian Heritage Celebration 2026 on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Ingram Plaza in Liberty Station. Many of these entrepreneurs came to San Diego after being displaced by the war in Ukraine. They are now rebuilding their lives, establishing local businesses, creating jobs, and sharing Ukrainian food, art, products, and traditions with the broader community. Their journeys offer meaningful local stories of resilience, entrepreneurship, and cultural preservation. The free, family-friendly festival is expected to welcome 5,000–7,000 visitors and will feature: Ukrainian-owned businesses and artisan vendors Live music and traditional performances Ukrainian food, art, and cultural exhibits Children’s activities and educational experiences Community organizations and resources
