This 90-minute interactive, donation-based grief workshop explores grief as a life skill - one that helps us adapt to unwanted change, understand what we need to cope, and remain open to compassion for others during times of distress and communal grief. This workshop offers grief education, guided sharing, community connection, and a grounding practice to support living well and caring for others during times of communal grief.
