In addition to his work at NCRT, he is an adjunct professor of Theatre at Grossmont College. Ben earned his Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Western Illinois University, his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting/Directing from Central Michigan University and studied acting through New York University in Ireland. He has experience acting, teaching, directing, and fight choreographing all over the country including work with the Orlando Shakespeare Theater, the Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival, and the Illinois Shakespeare Festival. McRaven, a retired Four-Star Admiral, former Commander of U.S. Special Operations Forces, and #1 New York Times bestselling author. This event will take place on Friday, May 1 at 7p.m. at the Coronado Community Center’s Nautilus Room. McRaven will discuss his latest book, "Duty, Honor, Country, and Life," in conversation with fellow Navy SEAL veteran Dan’l Steward. The event will serve as a fundraiser for the Friends of the Coronado Public Library, which supports library programs and services for the community.
