The evening will include a dog costume contest, festive treats, and photo-worthy moments, like a Halloween pup parade. It’s always 5 o’clock somewhere and every Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m., it’s Yappy Hour at Margaritaville Hotel San Diego’s pup-friendly rooftop oasis, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar. Designed for both locals and hotel guests, Yappy Hour is the perfect way to unwind with your four-legged friend, enjoy stunning views, and connect with fellow dog lovers over great drinks. Please feel free to bring any items you may want to incorporate into your weaving, like interesting fibers, foraged and gathered natural objects, shells with holes, beads, etc. Each Weaver will complete a one-of-a-kind silk textile that can be hung as a Wall Hanging or finished as a square and used in a variety of creative ways. In addition, if you find that you’re in love with the practice, you will have an option to purchase the loom you are working with, as well as additional fiber and tools to continue at home. Come explore mindfully making in a space of creativity & harmony with others. No experience necessary.
