Protesters at UC San Diego ‘Stand Up for Science'

Hundreds of people at UC San Diego today attended what they called a “Stand Up for Science” protest, pointing out the harm they think has come from the Trump administration cuts. KPBS sci-tech reporter Thomas Fudge says many told their stories of how federal funding cuts affect scientific research.
