Return of Border boss Bovino has some on edge

Before Gregory Bovino became the face of President Trump's mass deportation effort he was the head of the El Centro sector of the border patrol. After two fatal shootings of U.S. citizens in Minneapolis he's reportedly on his way back to the Imperial Valley. KPBS reporter Andrew Dyer spoke to residents there.
