Sewage spike, odors worsen in San Diego's South Bay after Tijuana pipeline collapse

A pipeline that collapsed late last week in Tijuana is sending millions of gallons of untreated sewage into the Tijuana River. KPBS environment reporter Tammy Murga says that has led to spikes in sewer gas levels.
