Jerry Sanders has been in the seat of CEO of the City since Tuesday. And already he's coming out with big plans for change. We speak with the mayor about his hopes for 2006.

It is a new year and along with it comes a new strong mayor form of government for the City of San Diego. Jerry Sanders has been in the seat of CEO of the City since Tuesday. And already he's coming out with big plans for change. We speak with the mayor about his hopes for 2006. Guest:
