Tom Fudge: The war in Iraq may be the biggest issue in this year's race for president. It's still going on, and it's still demanding the attention of thousands of Camp Pendleton Marines. Tony Perry is the San Diego bureau chief of the Los Angeles Times . He's now in Iraq, covering some of our locally-based forces.
