Tom Fudge: The University of San Diego is this little Catholic college up on a hill above Mission Valley, where they really know how to play basketball. This week both the men's and women's USD basketball teams qualified for the NCAA tournament. Both teams did it by defeating that perennial basketball powerhouse Gonzaga in the finals of the West Coast Conference Ch38ionship.
