One Year On: The Impact Of COVID-19 In San Diego
This week marks one year since California was placed under a stay-at-home order to slow the spread of the coronavirus. The global COVID-19 pandemic up-ended everyone's lives. In California alone, more than three and a half million people have contracted the virus and more than 50,000 people have died.
Now, with vaccines becoming more readily available, hope is on the horizon. In this series, KPBS takes a look at the impact of the virus on our communities and where we go from here.
