Concern is mounting over a host of issues at San Diego Unified’s Lincoln High School, after San Diego city Council member, Monica Montgomery Steppe submitted a letter highlighting long-standing concerns with oversight of the school.
Montgomery Steppe said high administrative turnover, allegations of misspent funds and sexual assault at the school constitute a failure in the district's leadership of Lincoln High School.
The San Diego Union-Tribune's education reporter Kristen Taketa joined Midday Edition on Monday to talk more about the story.
