The new season explores what makes San Diego unique, from skateboarding to homelessness, military life to gay identity.
One question non-native San Diegans often get is: what brought you here?
The "My First Day" podcast has been telling the stories of the many San Diegans who chose this place as their new hometown.
In its new season, creator, producer and host Andrew Bracken explores stories about what makes San Diego unique, from skateboarding to homelessness, military life to gay identity. The podcast is produced through the KPBS Explore project, an initiative that helps create original content from and about the San Diego community.
Bracken joined Midday Edition on Tuesday to preview season three of "My First Day."
