A Soldier's promise to his two sons to build them a tree house when he returned home from Iraq has instead created a giant headache for the family. Army Aviation Operations Specialist Mark Grapin built the tree house with sons Eric and Sean in his own Falls Church, Virginia yard. But an anonymous complaint spurred Fairfax County to demand that Grapin tear down the tree house, saying it violated county zoning code. WJLA-TV has more on the story:
