A San Diego County judge ruled this week that three members of a sex bondage cult will stand trial for the murder of Camp Pendleton Marine wife Brittany Killgore.

Louis Perez, 46, Jessica Lopez, 25, and Dorothy Maraglino, 37, will be tried on murder charges, as well as charges of torture, kidnapping, attempted sexual battery, and conspiracy, according to the Associated Press.

Killgore, 22, was last seen alive April 13, 2012. Her nude body was found near Lake Skinner in Riverside County on April 17, 2012.

As Home Post previously reported, Killgore first met Maraglino when she went to the defendants' Fallbrook home to inquire about a fertility monitor she saw posted for sale online.

Killgore later agreed to accompany Perez, a Camp Pendleton Marine, on a dinner cruise in downtown San Diego. Killgore was then allegedly murdered in Maraglino's home, where both Perez and Lopez also lived.

KTLA reports court documents as saying the three suspects...

"...acted out parts of fantasies consistent with the BDSM community which included kidnapping a woman off the street, taking the woman somewhere, playing with the woman and raping the woman.”

Killgore's estranged husband, Lance Cpl. Cory Killgore, was serving in Afghanistan at the time of her murder.
