Schwarzenegger Tackles California's Budget Woes

Newly inaugurated California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger calls a special legislative session to begin crafting a plan for tackling the state's budget deficit, projected to be at least $14 billion. Many observers believe Schwarzenegger will issue around $20 billion in bonds to pay off California's immediate debt. NPR's Ina Jaffe reports.
