Senate Sends Medicare Overhaul to Bush

The Senate approves a Medicare overhaul for President Bush's signature, completing years of work driven by the desire to add prescription drugs to the program. The Medicare vote had Republican leaders smiling, but as Congress goes home for the rest of the year, plenty of business remains undone. NPR's David Welna reports.
