Family, State Lawyers Argue Schiavo Case

Attorneys for Gov. Jeb Bush and the husband of Terri Schiavo -- the brain-damaged woman who is at the center of a "right to die" case -- are arguing the constitutionality of "Terri's Law." The law, opposed by Michael Schiavo, was passed to compel the reinsertion of a feeding tube that has kept Terri Schiavo alive. Hear NPR's Robert Siegel and NPR's Brian Naylor.
