Some rail service into San Diego County will be suspended over the weekend because of construction work, according to the North County Transit District.
Amtrak and Metrolink trains will not come south into the county Saturday or Sunday because of work at the Santa Margarita Bridge in Camp Pendleton, the NCTD reported.
The NCTD's Coaster train will still offer regular weekend service between Oceanside and downtown San Diego.
Regular service will be restored Monday morning.
Construction work is scheduled to take place again the following weekend — March 15-16 — forcing another shutdown.
