The Parade Check-in begins at 11 a.m. under the iconic Gaslamp Quarter Archway, where participants can also register their pets for the judging contest. A panel of experts will award prizes in categories like Best Christmas Spirit, Best Matching Costumes, and the coveted Best in Show.
