  • North City, San Marcos is hosting its first-ever Classic Car Show, celebrating craftsmanship, design, and the culture that defines Southern California’s car scene. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., visitors can explore 50+ stunning vehicles on display, ranging from vintage classics and woodies to modern, exotic, and high-end showpieces, and a Classic Car Restoration Exhibit by Conservative Auto Body Shop. Appealing to drivers of all ages, the Family Friendly event features a Toddler Street Course of electric ride-on cars and scooters around a custom racetrack, and a Head-to-Head DieCast Cars Race Course, as well as other activities and lawn games. A live DJ will set the vibe with music, raffle prize giveaways, and announcements throughout the day. Trophies will be awarded in multiple categories, including Best of Show. Guests will have a chance to win gift cards to North City’s local eateries. There will be plenty of food and beverage options from popular neighborhood spots like Christophe Rull Patisserie, A Lo Fresco, Buona Forchetta, Maya’s Cookies, Wynston’s Ice Cream, Milonga Empanadas, and Draft Republic.
