  • Oceanside Theatre Company (OTC) is proud to honor Christopher and Tracy Williams with the third annual Kathy Brombacher Lifetime Theatre Achievement Award and Colleen O’Harra with the second annual Hattie “Sunshine” Brooks Award for their outstanding contributions to the arts in Oceanside, California.
