We’re currently hosting a Military Push-Up Challenge for active-duty service members and veterans, where the participant with the most push-ups will win a free 2 carat diamond engagement ring. The contest runs from March 20 through April 18 in celebration of National Exercise Day. Each participant is given one attempt to complete as many push-ups as possible. Proper form is required throughout, and competitors cannot pause for more than three seconds at any time.
