If you’re looking for fellowship but can’t make it in person to OMA, join our Virtual Art Share series from home or wherever you are with refreshments of your choice, and enjoy some conversation with fellow artists! Sculptors, painters, photographers, and artists of all disciplines are welcome. Take part in this conversation via a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Techne Art Center Presents "Endless Summer" A Survey Exhibition of San Diego Area Artists May 30 – August 1, 2026 | Opening Reception: Saturday, May 30, 5–8 p.m. Techne Art Center opens "Endless Summer" on May 30, a group exhibition bringing together thirteen San Diego area artists for a survey of life and work in the region. Curated by Chuck Thomas and staged across Techne's flagship space in Oceanside, the show gathers an impressive network of local artists to share their take on what it means to make work here. The opening reception is free and open to the public; the exhibition runs through August 1. Come paint the Oceanside Pier at the end of Pier View Way or the surrounding Oceanside beach shops and coastline! We'll meet at the start of the Pier at 2 p.m. and fan out from there. Free parking is available at the lot at the corner of Seagaze and S Cleveland Drives or metered parking can be found immediately adjacent to the Pier. Public restrooms are available. Open to All Levels! Whether you're a seasoned plein air painter or just starting your artistic journey, this event is for you! Beginners and experienced painters can find fresh inspiration in the urban and natural landscape.
