James Lee Stanley is an American singer, songwriter, musician, composer, and producer whose six-decade career spans numerous artistic mediums. He is the true renaissance man, born in Philadelphia, and has been recording and performing since the age of fourteen, with 37 album releases and television and film credits to his name. James Lee is an outspoken proponent of good music, good government, and generally good behavior toward our fellow earthlings. He is coming down from Tehachapi to demonstrate how he makes every show a special event for everybody who attends. “It is simple, really. During our "adults only" Chocolate Making Classes you will learn, create, eat and laugh! Our hands-on chocolate making classes are about 1 ½- 2 hours long and limited to 12 students. There you will learn the basics of working with chocolate, create your own bark, molded chocolates and more. During class, students will play with favorite flavors like salted caramel and peanut butter cup and select monthly themed flavors made by chocolatier Michelle Lomelin. Students will also select from more than two dozen ingredients as they personalize a chocolate bark – with favorite flavors including freeze dried fruits and savory pretzels, potato chips and a wide selection of nuts.
